Since early 2020, the impact of political, social, and racially charged tragedies – in addition to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic – has led our community, and others, to their breaking point. Mental health providers have watched as their referrals overflowed, causing people from all walks of life to struggle. Unfortunately, as with many struggles, these disproportionately affected historically under served groups (including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and those living with a disability, among others).
Individual Donors
Your generous contribution, regardless of size, will directly impact our mission. Choose a tier that suits you best:
Green Tier: $1 – $50
Receive a personalized thank you note, your name in our annual report, and a mention on website.
Blue Tier: $51 – $100
Personalized thank you note, name in annual report, mention on website, and a “Join the Journey to Wellness” t-shirt.
Purple Tier: $101 – $500
Personalized thank you note, name in annual report, mention on website, and a “Join the Journey to Wellness” hoodie.
Rainbow Tier: $501 and above

Emerald Tier: $250 – $500

Sapphire Tier: $501 – $1000

How is My Donation Used?
At Journey: Healing Together, folks that are traditionally under-represented are empowered to build unique strengths and heal from systemic, generational wounds. The model of J:HT is to unite communities, restore trust, discover perspectives, and transform society. Every dollar of your contribution will support this mission – your donation will help us provide therapeutic services regardless of clients’ ability to pay, host events to bring our community together, and implement programs such as Erie Journey to Wellness to help address the mental health crisis.
- $40 – Sponsor one LGBTQ+ youth to attend a‘‘Future-Finding’ event (offered monthly)
- $86 – Sponsor an Erie’s Journey to Wellness session
- $150 – Sponsor one LGBTQ+ youth art wellness studio space, supplies + facilitator
- $500 – One month of LGBTQ+ youth advocacy support
- $860 – Sponsor one Journeyer through the Erie’s Journey to Wellness program
- $1,000 – Sponsor one Future-Finding event for LGBTQ+ youth, caregivers, and/or educators
- $3,000 – Sponsor Q+Y (LGBTQ+ Youth) Programming for one month
